Chocolate Protein Balls

20g Chocolate vegan protein powder

15g coconut flour

55g natural almond butter

30mls rice malt syrup

15mls filtered water

5g cacao nibs

10g roughly chopped walnuts

Mix all the ingredients together using hands or a blender (if you prefer them smooth). When a dough has formed use the palm of your hands to roll the mixture into five even balls. Coat the balls in a layer of Sylliflor and set in the fridge for half an hour.
