Cookie Dough Chickpea Spread

• 1 tin of chickpeas

• 2 scoops of salted caramel/vanilla protein powder

• 4 tbsp sweet freedom syrup or honey

• pinch of salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup milk (I used almond)

• 2 tbsp nut butter

• 1 sachet of Sylliflor malt psyllium husks


-Rinse your chickpeas

-Blend everything in a blender/food processor except the chocolate chips

-Fold the choc chips in

-Chill in a jar in the fridge
