At Beoga Nutrition, our aim is to help people feel better by improving their diet and lifestyle habits.
There is strong evidence showing that the foods we eat can either a) prevent, or b) promote, the development of many chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and depression (Schulze et al., 2018).
We believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach and we work closely with our clients to create bespoke diet & lifestyle plans specific to their unique circumstances and requirements.
Beoga Nutrition is run by Jenny White and Linda Murray who are both Registered Nutritional Therapists and members of the NTOI.
Their specialist areas are digestive problems such as IBS, bloating & discomfort, together with mental health (anxiety & depression), thyroid health and female health (hormone imbalances, PCOS & endometriosis).
They also offer a range of wellness programmes to companies including talks and on-site staff consultations. Their work is focussed on translating science and nutrition into actionable steps.
