Sylliflor Super Green Smoothie

Recipe:

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 Grapefruit

  • Juice 1/2 a lime

  • A hand full of kale

  • 2 Cups of Spinach

  • A tablespoon of Sylliflor Plain

  • Unsweetened Almond Milk

Topped with some frozen berries and coconut chunks


The Grapefruit gives a citrus punch, boosts immunity and helps reduce any bloating. With lots of antioxidants from the dark leafy greens and berries this smoothie also gets a hit of fibre from Sylliflor to feed the gut with good bacteria and keeps you feeling full in the morning.
