SHIPPING & RETURNS
Currently, Roca Healthcare only ships within Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.
All Orders are shipped via Postal Service. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch.
Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) will be delivered within 3-5 working days in Ireland and 7 - 14 working days outside of Ireland.
RoCa Healthcare is not responsible for any items that are lost via the standard postal service. If you have concerns about using standard post please select registered post in the checkout stage. We hope your package arrives as quickly as possible. If you have not received it after 2 weeks please let us know and we will follow it up on your behalf.
Return & Exchange Policy
Upon receipt of the goods, the purchaser is asked to immediately check that the goods supplied are in accordance with the order. Any transport damages should be communicated in writing to RoCa Healthcare within 5 days from receipt of the products by email to email@example.com.
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return unwanted goods. This “cooling-off” period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order. The period starts the day after the day that goods are received. We kindly ask customers exercising this right to return the goods unused, in the original packaging with all user information. The Distance selling regulations state that you are allowed to examine the products as you would in a shop.
To exercise this right please contact us. We will need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number, please submit this via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When exercising the right to cancel during the cooling-off period, goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense. Do not refuse to accept the goods from your postal service, accept the goods from your postal service and the correct address to return the goods will be supplied within 24 working hours.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions to return the item. We will send you the correct address to return the goods, this may not be the same address from which the goods were sent.
Assuming that our returns policy is adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.
DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are Quality Checked before dispatching our warehouse.
If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to email@example.com. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 7-day returns policy described above.
Once we receive your return/exchange request we will agree on an exchange or credit and provide instructions to return the item.
Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned unopen/ unused.
Assuming that our return’s policy is adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.
